Beyond the ordinary
Meet Your Neurokind Trainer
Hello, I'm Louise, the founder and sole trainer behind Neurokind Training.
My mission is to move organisations beyond superficial awareness to authentic, measurable inclusion, and I achieve this by drawing directly from my own lived experience of neurodiversity.
I don't deliver generic awareness sessions; I provide a direct window into the daily sensory and processing realities that impact your staff, students, or service users.
This unique position allows me to translate complex challenges into clear, actionable advice, giving your team the genuine empathy and practical tools they need to communicate effectively, reduce burnout, and unlock the full potential of neurodiversity within your environment.
My expertise is deepened by my work running the Neurokind Hub, a weekly community service for autistic and neurodivergent adults to meet up, unmask, and connect.
This hands-on experience, coupled with my formal recognition as a registered service provider with WCC and my collaboration with Autism West Midlands, means my training is grounded in current, real-world community needs, not just theory.
I partner with organisations like councils, care homes, and colleges who are serious about cultural change, ensuring your investment immediately translates into improved communication, reduced conflict, and an elevated reputation for true inclusivity.
"I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received from Neurokind Training. Louise truly went above and beyond to meet our needs and exceeded our expectations."
